The government has the audacity to tell me that the allopathic/pharmeceutical cabal is the only health care delivery system we have? With all its recalls, deaths, and exhorbitant costs? So when I choose another modality such as Ayurveda, homeopathy, chiropractic, Naturopathy, far infra-red therapy, hypnotherapy, vitamin therapy, Chinese herbs, reflexology, EMF, Reiki massage, aromatherapy, or even medicine men, I have no remuneration? I don't care if one wants "mainstream" medicine, but I DO care that I have to pay for it without my choices being honored. That is audacious, abominable, and tyrannical! It must be overturned.

Agreed! I don't need no implant in my hand! That is ludicrous! It's basically the Obamacare or nothing. Death! Screw you!

The reason the Supreme Court backed off on this issue is that the insurance companies would lose too much money. If it were unconstitutional to force people to buy from a private entity, than you couldn't be forced to buy auto insurance.

This is stupid - It IS Constitutional. The Supreme Court already ruled on this law. RomneyCare applied to all states is ObamaCare? Why shouldn't everyone be responsible to have health insurance? You MUST have insurance to own a car? Besides we all pay when irresponsible people go to the emergency room for colds because they dont have insurance and a primary care physician. Or someone who is healthy breaks a leg while jogging and goes to the ER. Wer pay for that, and ObamaCare forces responsibility. That used to be one of the precepts of the Republican Party - personal responsibility. What happened? A Black president agreed with you?

The ACA _is_ unconstitutional for several reasons. There are so many holes and Constitutional violations in this amendment that I would probably time out here trying to list them all. So, just a few. The Supreme Court only upheld 1 of the 2 parts of the Affordable Care Act before the Court in 2012, while striking down the second part as unconstitutional under the 10th Amendment. The ACA is a tax according to the Supreme Court. Tax legislation can only originate in the House of Representatives, which was not the original undersanding of the passage of the Amendment. If the ACA is a tax, it would have to be voted on as such. Also, the ACA forces citizen compliance, which (according to the constitution) Congress cannot legally enforce. Other topics: you don't have to have insurance to purchase a car.
